OUR FABRICS

By Shyanne the Label sources fabrics from only Australian-owned companies. Carefully selected, our fabrics are all tested prior to use to ensure that they are of the highest quality and durability. 

We strive to remain ethical and source designer remnants where possible. 

OUR SIGNATURE STRETCH is sourced by two family-owned, Australian suppliers, who specialise in high quality stretch. It is best known for its lustre and the way it drapes. We swear by this fabric and cannot endorse it more!

OUR SILKS are carefully selected to ensure that they are of the highest quality. Silk is a delicate fabric and can be difficult to maintain. We have selected a Crepe De Chine which is one of the few washable silks, making it a lot more practical than most silks. 

OUR LINEN is derived from European Flax Plants, imported from France and Belgium to be milled in China. Here it undergoes a process called retting which is basically soaking the flax for a couple of weeks. Then it is spun and sent to our suppliers mills to be woven and dyed to exclusive colours.
